This explores how advancements like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data (BD) are transforming decision-making processes, emphasizing the need for more adaptable management approaches, and highlighting the growing importance of ethical and sustainable business practices. It likewise climaxes the need for continuous research in regions to a degree of AI morality, sustainable business models, and the future of work. The main conclusion is that institutions that embody these changes are more inclined to realize complete success and stay ambitious.
